Ka Nye Taylor is wanted on 11 counts of felonious assault in connection with the shooting at the Old West End Festival, the Toledo Police Department said in a statement Wednesday. It added that the suspect was identified following interviews and investigative leads. Taylor was described as a 5-foot-11 black man weighing 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
