Migrant From Ghana Arrested Multiple Times in 2 Weeks for Raping, Sexually Assaulting Women in Oklahoma | 16 Aug 2026 | A migrant from Ghana has been arrested at least three times in the last two weeks for raping and sexually assaulting women in Oklahoma. 26-year-old Jeff Kufi Asare, a foreign national from Ghana, has sexually assaulted four women this month. Asare was born in Ghana in 1999. He is not a U.S. citizen and after he pled no contest to breaking and entering in Oklahoma County earlier this year, the court issued him an official immigration warning. Oklahoma County District Judge [and Grade “A” sociopath] Cindy Truong previously released Asare. Jeff Kufi (Kofi) Asare has had nearly two dozen arrests since 2022.
