Tyree Reynolds, 23, was released from state custody on Sept. 25, according to Fox 45 News, which cited the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (MDPSCS). Reynolds faces 30 criminal counts, including murder and attempted murder, in connection with Saturday’s shooting at a youth football homecoming game at Leon Day Park in Baltimore. Authorities said surveillance footage captured Reynolds opening fire on two men in a parking lot adjacent to the football field during an argument over a parking spot.
