On Friday, law enforcement responded after there were reports of shots at ABC10, and Hernandez-Santana was later booked into Sacramento County Main Jail on a count of assault with a deadly weapon. Variety reported that a LinkedIn account matching the name says that he was a legislative director for the California Federation of Teachers. An X account matching the profile had a “steady stream of anti-Trump commentary,” according to Variety.
