Second man injured during Trump rally shooting released from hospital | 28 July 2024 | The second man injured during the attempted assassination against former President Trump has been discharged from a hospital in Pittsburgh, a spokesperson for the hospital group confirmed to The Hill. James Copenhaver, 74, was discharged from Allegheny General Hospital last Friday, a spokesperson for Highmark Health told The Hill. He was one of two spectators injured during the shooting at Trump's campaign rally on July 13 in Butler, Pa. The other injured attendee, David "Jake" Dutch, 57, was released from Allegheny General Hospital last week, ABC News reported.
