Texas Capitol Evacuated After ‘Credible’ Threat Against Politicians Attending ‘No Kings’ Protest Following Assassin’s Deadly Attack on Minnesota Lawmakers | 14 June 2025 | The Texas State Capitol and its grounds were evacuated on Saturday at approximately 1 p.m. local time after the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) identified a “credible threat” targeting state lawmakers planning to attend the “No Kings” protest against President Donald Trump later that day.
