Travis County DA José Garza was slammed after it emerged that his office is assessing possible charges against the three cops who bravely killed gunman Ndiaga Diagne on Sunday. Diagne, wearing a “Property of Allah” shirt over an Islamic flag, killed three people and wounded 13 others before he was killed by police who arrived on the scene within minutes of the attack.
