Michael Rectenwald responds to a CLG visitor who exclaims, "My god you people are idiots!"
Michael Rectenwald's reply --March 25, 2003:
The CLG does not endorse any particular theory about the conspiracy of 9-11 (and that lack of endorsement is not excepting the Government's theory). We simply are posing questions vis a vis our website and the inquiries of others. [See CLG 9/11 Investigation and "Oddities" Information Zone.]
Nevertheless, we do hold that Bush was at least criminally negligent regarding 9-11, given his foreknowledge of the eventuality, if "knowledge" is a word that can be used in connection with Bush without being oxymoronic.
Gore would have enacted the Hart-Rudman plan to secure our airports, which plan Bush dispensed with out of political animus and hostility--letting, instead, "Dick look into it." Well, Dick didn't do such a good job, did he? Nor did Condi Rice, who ignored the warnings of our outgoing predecessor. Nor did AssKKKcroft, who instead pursued the busting of whores in Vegas or wherever. Nor, of course, did Bush himself, who was given warnings of Al Qaeda plans to hijack domestic airliners a month previous to 9-11, but stayed on vacation and did nothing to secure our airports.
Further, it is the USE and abuse of 9-11 that is our main complaint regarding Bush post-9-11 policies. The illegitimate pResident has enacted an illegal and illegitimate INVASION of a country on a "pre-emptive" basis (read: war of aggression), under completely false pretenses. This W-ar violates every known treaty about war. Now an administration that flouts international law should suddenly appeal to it over the treatment of POWs made prisoners of an illegal W-ar started by Bush is surely ironic!!! Bush is a fraud, the gravest danger to world peace, and probably the most reviled man on earth.
Letter CLG received --March 25, 2003:
Subject: My god
My god you people are idiots!
Of course if Gore had won everything would have been OK right? Of course you can't find any improprieties on Gore's part because he is an angel right?
This says is all...
Rumsfeld admitted that a missile hit the Pentagon, and a whole lot more, in an Oct. 12, 2001 DoD news transcript.
and the missile to damage this building and similar (inaudible) that damaged the World Trade Center. The only way to deal with this problem is by taking the battle to the terrorists, wherever they are, and dealing with them."
**It's called a figure of speech (missle [sic] analogy of an airplane full of explosive fluid)morons, look into it!**
