Feds charge LA rioter who tried to hit cops with Molotov cocktail, 13 others also busted | 11 June 2025 | A second man has been charged with attacking law enforcement with Molotov cocktails during anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles this past weekend. Wrackkie Quiogue, of Long Beach, Calif., faces a federal charge of possession of an unregistered destructive device -- and faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted. Prosecutors say Quiogue, 27, was caught on body camera footage confronting LAPD officers during a downtown protest Sunday with a Molotov cocktail and lighter in hand... A day earlier, authorities collared Mexican illegal migrant Emiliano Garduno Galvez, 23, who allegedly chucked a Molotov cocktail at sheriff's deputies during a violent demonstration in the majority-Hispanic enclave of Paramount.
