Gates 'satisfied with anti-Iran planning'

Gates 'satisfied with anti-Iran planning' 28 Apr 2010 Amid a US-led push to impose "tough" sanctions against Iran's nuclear program, US Defense Secretary Robert Gates expresses satisfaction with the Pentagon's anti-Iran planning. Speaking in a press conference with Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak in Washington on Tuesday, Gates said he was pleased with Pentagon's devising plans to counter what he described as a nuclear threat posed by Iran. "I'm very satisfied with the planning process both within this building and in the inter-agency," the US official said.
