During the release of the previous five batches, TEPCO said it detected up to 29 becquerels of radioactive tritium per liter of seawater in samples taken from areas near the power complex, well below the [criminal organization] World Health Organization's limit of 10,000 becquerels for drinking water.

Michigan's largest egg farm lays off 400 workers amid bird flu outbreak | 14 May 2024 | Michigan's largest egg producer is laying off 40% of its staff as the company and state agriculture officials grapple with the spread of avian flu. Between 2022 and 2023, volunteers collected 1,927 bird poop samples from various urban parks and green spaces scattered across the city, as well as some samples from animal rehabilitation centers. In total, samples from six birds tested positive for the virus, including a red-tailed hawk, three Canada geese, a peregrine falcon, and a chicken... Now former National Institute of Health (NIH) Director Francis Collins has admitted no "science or evidence" ever backed these heavy-handed, comprehensive restrictions. A memo National Review obtained, from the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, details Collins's closed-door testimony earlier this year. It reveals that Collins had not seen evidence on March 22, 2020, to support the widely obeyed federal policy when the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) instituted six-foot social distancing rules... So Collins admits the federal government lacked any scientific basis for this massive social policy it pushed on Americans, including by colluding with Big Tech to shut down public debate about Covid-19 responses. Such debate could have revealed that many Covid policies weren't backed by good research. Instead, numerous federal officials pressed Google, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube to shut down skepticism and contrary information it falsely labeled "misinformation" and "disinformation..."

NIH official finally admits taxpayers funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan - after years of denials | 16 May 1014 | At long last, National Institutes of Health (NIH) principal deputy director Lawrence Tabak admitted to Congress Thursday that US taxpayers funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China in the months and years before the COVID-19 pandemic. "Dr. Tabak," asked Rep. Debbie Lesko (R-Ariz.) of the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, "did NIH fund gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology through [Manhattan-based nonprofit] EcoHealth [Alliance]?" "It depends on your definition of gain-of-function research,” Tabak answered. "If you’re speaking about the generic term, yes, we did."
