What has happened since that transition is that the Substack system has removed over 4,000 email addresses on its own. I know this to be the case as of my own email addresses was unsubscribed from the CLG Substack list, etc. I have no way of knowing which of the thousands that were removed due to a glitch or not. And so, I am using this ?old? list from January and our server to reach out.
