In Maine, the Fox News Decision Desk says it’s too early to call the statewide race. Maine gives two electoral votes to the winner of the state, and one vote to the presidential winner in each of their congressional districts. Harris will win the first district. The rural second district is also too early to call. In the southeast, Fox News can first project that Trump will win Tennessee, a longtime Republican stronghold. Further south, Trump will once again win Alabama. And the former president will win neighboring Mississippi. Trump will cruise to victory in Oklahoma.

Writing on behalf of Maricopa County Superior Court, Judge Scott Blaney ordered Democrat Secretary of State Adrian Fontes to comply with an open records request filed by Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona.The conservative grassroots organization submitted the request last month shortly after state officials revealed there are approximately 98,000 registered “full-ballot” voters who have not provided documentary proof of citizenship, which is required to participate in state and local elections. The error appears to have resulted “from the way the Motor Vehicle Division [MVD] provides driver’s license information to the state’s voter registration system,” according to Votebeat Arizona. Fontes said most of the affected voters are registered Republicans, according to the outlet.

Now, these voters can participate in the upcoming election as they did before, the recorder's office said. Arizona's high court ruled last Thursday the county must provide a conservative watchdog group with a list of noncitizens currently registered to vote after a lawsuit was lobbed against the county last year. During an evidentiary hearing, Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes testified that a system error had affected approximately 218,000 registered voters, the court document states.

The remaining 26% of voter registration applications and mail-in ballot applications are either incomplete or unverified, he said, and remain under investigation.

Voters have also been encouraged to report any issues at the polling station or suspicions of voter fraud to the campaign’s official website.

The Defense Ministry did not specify when the strike took place, as the center was apparently subjected to multiple attacks over the week.

With over 98% of the ballots counted, Sandu has received 55.03% of the votes, while Stoianoglo received 44.97%, news channel TVR reported in the early hours of Sunday, citing the Central Electoral Commission. Although early results indicated a slim lead by Stoianoglo, Sandu overtook the lead around midnight and the gap between them gradually widened as more votes were being "counted" overnight. [Sound familiar?] The election, which is widely seen as pivotal for Moldova's aspirations to join the EU, has been marred by accusations of rigging and voter manipulation from both the government and the opposition.

Ousted CBS reporter reveals how network squashed Hunter Biden story <https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14038833/cbs-reporter-hunter-biden-story-catherine-herridge.html> | 4 Nov 2024 | An ousted veteran CBS reporter has written a lengthy expose claiming to reveal details about how the network squashed a Hunter Biden story. Writing on her website, Catherine Herridge described the broadcaster's investigation into the laptop as a "missed opportunity for CBS News," suggesting the broadcaster failed to properly report her findings. Herridge said she told company executives the laptop contained material about "a million dollar retainer from a Chinese energy firm" along with Hunter's business texts and emails in early October 2020. But later that month, during a 60 Minutes interview with then-President Trump, correspondent Lesley Stahl said the laptop "couldn't be verified," according to Herridge. "As I watched the broadcast, I felt sick," she wrote.

P'nut was rescued by guardian Mark Longo, after the Connecticut native witnessed P'Nut's mother hit by a car. [Besides killing squirrels, Kathy Hochul pushed for quarantine camps for vaccine resistors and those who might have had contact with somebody who was infected.
