As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Supreme Court said the states lack the power to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution against presidential candidates.

The territory carries a total of 11 delegates in the Democratic National Convention. Palmer, relatively unknown to most Americans, is an investor and entrepreneur who previously worked for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Trump now has 273 delegates against Haley's 43, which puts him in a better position to clinch the Republican Party's 2024 presidential nomination for the November elections - even after Haley's victory in the Washington, D.C., primary on Sunday.

The report also accused the pair of being in communication with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, the facility at the center of the Covid lab-leak theory, without informing superiors. The Canadian National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where they worked as researchers, is the only BSL4 lab in the country -- and the only one to hold Ebola, as well as other deadly viruses like Marburg and Lassa fever.

The Supreme Court's ruling means that no other state can bar Trump -- or any other candidate from now on -- from a presidential ballot or election for Congress by invoking the insurrection clause the Constitution. Colorado was the first of three states to block Trump from a primary ballot on those grounds due to his alleged incitement of the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol, which disrupted the confirmation of Joe Biden's  [illegitimate] Electoral College victory over the incumbent Trump. "We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office," the Supreme Court said in its ruling Monday. "But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency."

The stay prevents the Texas law, which is called SB 4, from going into effect until 5 p.m. on Mar. 12, at the earliest. The move from the Supreme Court came after the Department of Justice (DOJ) asked the court to temporarily block enforcement of the state law. The agency had filed an emergency appeal.

California man first in U.S. charged with smuggling greenhouse gases <https://www.axios.com/2024/03/05/california-man-smuggling-greenhouse-gases-charge> | 3 March 2024 | A Californian man pleaded not guilty on Monday after being arrested and charged for allegedly smuggling [so-called] greenhouse gases from Mexico into the U.S. and selling them for profit, prosecutors said. Michael Hart, 58, of San Diego, faces the first-ever prosecution in the U.S. to include charges related to the American Innovation and Manufacturing Act of 2020 (AIM Act) for allegedly smuggling hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), a potent greenhouse gas used in refrigeration and air conditioning. In addition to greenhouse gases, Hart is accused of importing HCFC 22, an ozone-depleting substance regulated under the Clean Air Act. It became illegal to import HCFC 22 in 2020 except under certain circumstances.

Biden admin takes big step toward banning popular home appliances <https://www.foxnews.com/politics/biden-admin-finalizes-environmental-regulations-targeting-clothes-washers-dryers> | 29 Feb 2024 | The Biden regime finalized energy efficiency regulations targeting residential clothes washers and dryers in an effort to curb carbon emissions, as part of its broad climate WEF agenda. The Department of Energy (DOE) announced the final rules, which it projected will collectively save American households 2.2 billion per year on utility bills while reducing nearly 71 million metric tons of "dangerous carbon dioxide emissions" over the next three decades. DOE's regulations targeting the popular home appliances are slightly scaled down compared to the agency's draft proposal issued a year ago. Under the regulations, certain less-efficient models of washers and dryers will be barred from being sold, according to DOE. "What we're learning is that the government ought to get out of the business of doing these regulations," Ben Lieberman, a senior fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, told Fox News Digital in an interview. "The main concern with these negotiated rule-makings is that it mostly involves the manufacturers and the energy efficiency activists," he added. "One wonders how much the interests of consumers are taken into account during this process.”
