Biden Campaign Had Plan to Send Alternate Electors if Needed in 2020, Admin Is Suing Republicans for Doing the Same <https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/07/revealed-biden-campaign-had-plan-send-alternate-electors/> | 22 July 2023 | Trump prosecutor [and Grade 'A' sociopath] Jack Smith has been investigating the process of sending alternate electors for possible prosecution. This week, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel (D-Deranged) charged 16 of the 2020 Trump electors <https://www.wjr.com/2023/07/20/michigan-ag-dana-nessel-levels-charges-against-16-fake-electors-over-alleged-attempts-to-overturn-2020-election/> with eight felonies each. Many of the Michigan Trump electors are retirees in the 70s and 80s. The charges against the Michigan electors include: Forgery, Election Law Forgery, Utterance, and Conspiracy. The media has engaged in systemic journalistic malpractice by endlessly referring to the alternate electors as "fake" electors, in order to make them seem guilty of innocent conduct. Now Mike Benz, Executive Director of the Foundation for Freedom Online, laid out the evidence on Twitter that the Biden team had planned to send their own slates of alternate electors in case they lost the election. The Biden plans were written and overseen by John Podesta. Podesta had a plan to ensure Biden won by sending an alternate slate of elections.

Congress investigating allegation Border Patrol official retaliated against after testimony <https://justthenews.com/government/congress/suncongress-investigating-allegation-border-patrol-official-l-retaliated> | 22 July 2023 | Congressional investigating are probing whistleblower allegations that the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency may have retaliated against a top agency official after he testifying before lawmakers. House Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., and Rep. Mark Green wrote in a letter Friday that they have been told by a whistleblower that El Centro Border Patrol Sector Chief Gregory Bovino was relieved of his command after he finished a transcribed interview with two congressional committees earlier this month. Bovino was sent to a temporary assignment with "no certain mission, no articulable purpose, and without any timeline of completion," according to the letter. "The whistleblower indicates that this pattern is consistent with a common CBP practice to get rid of employees perceived as problematic by high-level officials by forcing those employees, out of frustration, to relocate, retire, or resign," wrote Comer and Green, R-Tenn.

Trump: Trial Date a 'Major Setback' for Biden DOJ <https://www.newsmax.com/newsfront/donald-trump-trial-date-judge-aileen-cannon/2023/07/21/id/1128037/> | 20 July 2023 | Former President Donald Trump issued a statement Friday to hail a Florida federal judge's decision to schedule his trial date in the seized documents case for next May, The Post Millennial reported. U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon on Friday scheduled trial proceedings to begin on May 20, 2024, with a pretrial hearing in the case set for May 14. Cannon's decision is a compromise between the Department of Justice's request to set the trial for December and the Trump defense team's request to schedule proceedings after the 2024 presidential election. Trump is the GOP front-runner. "Today's order by Judge Cannon is a major setback to the DOJ's [Department of Justice's] crusade to deny President Trump a fair legal process," a Trump spokesperson said, according to The Post Millennial.

Six units worked for hours to extinguish the flames, with firefighters manning aerials to get at the blaze from above..." This week, Paul referred Fauci to the DOJ for prosecution for lying to Congress. Investigators are getting to the bottom of what caused the fire.

Witnesses told cops the man went underwater and then briefly reappeared as he struggled to stay afloat, before submerging again around 7.46pm. A massive joint-agency search resumed Monday morning for the African American male who was last seen wearing all black without a lifejacket, MV Times reported... It is unclear if the former president, 61, is currently staying at the home.

There were 275 cases of myocarditis in 2021-- a 151 percent spike from the annual average from 2016 to 2020, according to Gilbert Cisneros Jr., undersecretary of defense for personnel and readiness, who confirmed data revealed by a whistleblower earlier this year. The COVID-19 vaccines can cause myocarditis, a form of heart inflammation that can lead to mortality, including sudden death. COVID-19 also can cause myocarditis. The diagnosis data comes from the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database.

CDC Changed Definition of Breakthrough COVID-19 After Emails About 'Vaccine Failure' <https://www.theepochtimes.com/us/exclusive-cdc-changed-definition-of-breakthrough-covid-19-after-emails-about-vaccine-failure-5414511> | 22 July 2023 | The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) altered its definition of COVID-19 cases among the vaccinated, leading to a lower number of cases classified as a breakthrough, according to documents obtained by The Epoch Times. The CDC in early 2021 defined the post-vaccination cases as people testing positive seven or more days after receipt of a primary vaccination series, according to one of the documents. The definition was changed on Feb. 2, 2021, to only include cases detected at least 14 days after a primary series, another document shows. "We have revised the case definition," Dr. Marc Fisher, the lead of the CDC's Vaccine Breakthrough Case Investigation Team, wrote to colleagues at the time.

Goodwin, 32, was placed on the non-football illness list last Friday after feeling discomfort in his legs and shortness of breath during team workouts this spring. The blood clots will force the receiver, who is entering his 10th season in the NFL, to miss the start of training camp, the Browns said. "It was really alarming at first because I’ve experienced injury throughout my career, but it's never been anything like this that could turn into something detrimental if it's not taken care of," he told the team website. 83 Republicans vote against amendment to reinstate pilots fired for refusing COVID-19 vaccine <https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/83-republicans-vote-against-bill-reinstate-pilots-fired-refusing-covid-19-vaccine?dicbo=v2-KrtlvDR> | 20 July 2023 | House lawmakers on Thursday rejected an amendment that would have required airlines to reinstate pilots who were fired or stepped down because of vaccine mandates. The amendment to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reauthorization bill, introduced by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., and offered on the floor by Rep. Mary Miller, R-Ill., failed 141-298 after 83 Republicans voted with Democrats against it. Only one House Democrat, Rep. Jared Golden, D-Maine, voted for the measure. Nearly all major U.S. airlines implemented vaccine mandates during the coronavirus pandemic in accordance with Joe Biden's 2021 executive order requiring federal contractors to get the [often deadly] shots. The policies were controversial and prompted legal challenges from pilots, including an unsuccessful attempt by the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association (SWAPA) to block the mandate from taking effect.

Insane in the membrane: Biden admin allocates $5 billion for new COVID vaccines with little manufacturing guidance <https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/coronavirus/biden-admin-allocates-5-billion-new-covid-vaccines-little-manufacturing> --The initiative, known as Project NextGen, has left manufacturers confused about whether they are even eligible for funding. | 23 July 2023 | The Biden administration is issuing grants from a 5 billion program to expedite the next generation of COVID-19 vaccines [aka experimental mRNA injections], but pharmaceutical manufacturers are not receiving guidance about vaccine standards as the development process returns to its normally slower pace. The initiative, known as Project NextGen, has left manufacturers confused about whether they are even eligible for funding, The New York Times reported. For example, the Pennsylvania-based company Ocugen, which is developing an inhaled vaccine, said it was unable to receive guidance about whether it was eligible for the funding.

15 Leopards, 20 Bradleys destroyed in one day - Putin <https://www.rt.com/russia/580151-ukraine-record-losses-western-vehicles/> | 23 July 2023 | The Russian military has destroyed a record amount of Ukraine's Western-supplied armor in the last 24 hours while repelling Kiev's much-hyped counteroffensive, President Vladimir Putin told his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko on Sunday. The Russian leader delivered the remarks while speaking to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in St. Petersburg. Lukashenko, citing his own data, said that Moscow’s forces had taken out at least 15 German-made Leopard tanks and over 20 US-made Bradley infantry fighting vehicles in just one clash. Putin appeared to agree with this assessment, saying "apparently, [we] have never destroyed so much in one day" and proceeding to explain that this figure stemmed from the fact that Russian troops were facing Ukrainian units that were "fully equipped with foreign hardware."

'Large group' of foreign mercenaries killed in Ukraine - Moscow <https://www.rt.com/russia/580117-foreign-mercenaries-killed-ukraine/> | 22 July 2023 | Russian forces carried out a strike on a mercenary compound in western Ukraine earlier this month, killing a large number of foreign fighters, Moscow's Defense Ministry confirmed on Saturday. In a statement, the ministry said verified data indicated that a Russian "group strike using high-precision long-range sea-based weapons" successfully hit a Ukrainian military academy in Lviv on July 6. The barrage, officials claimed, "destroyed a large number of Polish and German mercenaries that had been stationed there," without specifying how many. In total, Moscow's forces have killed about 4,990 foreign fighters since the start of Russia's military campaign in Ukraine in February 2022, with roughly the same number fleeing the country, the statement read.

RIA Novosti's photojournalist Konstantin Mikhalchevsky was also injured in the strike, it added. Zhuravlev was killed after Ukrainian forces hit a civilian vehicle in the area, said Evgeny Balitsky, the acting head of Russia’s Zaporozhye Region.

Texas shows no sign of complying with Justice's Monday deadline to remove buoy immigration barriers <https://justthenews.com/nation/states/doj-threatens-texas-impending-lawsuit-over-dangerous-border-security> | 23 July 2024 | Texas GOP Gov. Greg Abbott show no sign of complying with the Justice Department's Monday deadline to remove buoys anchored in the Rio Grande River to stop illegal immigration, or potentially face a lawsuit. In a letter sent last week, the agency has given Abbott and provisional state Attorney General Angela Colmenero until 2 p.m. Monday to comply, saying the buoys create "serious risks" to public safety and the environment and violate federal law, according to ABC News. Texas also has razor wire along the Rio Grande, which is another issue. Over 80 Democratic lawmakers sent a letter Friday to Joe Biden calling on him to investigate Abbott’s "dangerous and cruel actions." [The "dangerous and cruel actions" are removing all borders of entry to the U.S. in order to fulfill the WEF's goals of securing cheap labor to replace the American middle class.]

Greentopian Gulag? Criminalize Climate 'Denial,' Says Politician <https://thenewamerican.com/greentopian-gulag-criminalize-climate-denial-says-politician/> | 22 July 2023 | When global-warming alarmists, or anyone else, say, "The debate is over,” it usually means they’re out of arguments. But now some climate-change activists want to make sure they’ll be out of opponents, too -- by throwing them in prison. The latest individual to suggest such is European politician Angelo Bonelli, an MP who is co-leader of Italy's Green Europe party. Outlet ANSA wrote: "Green Europe co-leader and MP Angelo Bonelli said Thursday that he would present a bill to criminalize climate change denial, adding that he considers the Italian government guilty of it. 'Italy has become a climate hotspot with a growing series of extreme weather events that have caused major damage all over the country,' Bonelli said."

"I will use Title 42 to end the child trafficking crisis by returning all trafficked children to their families in their home countries, without delay," Trump said in a new campaign video posted on social media. "And I will urge Congress to ensure that anyone caught trafficking children across our border receives the death penalty immediately." The Title 42 public health order was implemented by the Trump administration, allowing border officials to expel migrants without granting them an asylum hearing in order to limit the spread of COVID-19. Biden rescinded the policy earlier this year.
