And as CinC, Obama has the world's greatest arsenal of weaponry, including the modern equivalents of SUBROCs to smart bomb the BP Gulf-bottom breach(s) and bring CLOSURE to the hemorrhage! Then, maybe a CCC-style cleanup of the region would just(ly) begin to make BPresidential amends.
