The LAPD did not detail its Grammy security arrangements, but the department regularly sends a large contingent of officers to awards shows. The tactical alert came the same day that Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa announced a $1-million reward for information leading to Dorner's capture.

Latest word from our keepers is that the tactical alert is canceled, and that anyone who spots Mr. Dorner should NOT approach him, but call 911. I was really hoping someone could find out if he is really the sole author of his "manifesto", and if he really did any of the evil deeds attributed to him. Oh, well - send in the drones...
